The need
- The Institut du monde arabe created in 2019 the International Certificate of Proficiency in Arabic, the first globally recognised certification of proficiency in modern Arabic.
- We developed for them a management platform allowing for the management of various examination centres and the examination sessions.
Galadrim's solution

- Session creation on the Institute's interface
- Session registration on the examination centres' interface
- Group message sending to examination centres
- An information request system for the centres
- A digitalised journey for contract signing for examination centres via theAPI PandaDoc
