The need
- Groupe Delisle is a French leader in road transport.
- Groupe Delisle's IT department approached Galadrim to drive a Group-wide digital transformation process.
- The initial steps were to completely redesign the intranet and ERP, used daily by the Group's 1,500 employees (including 1,200 lorry drivers).
Galadrim's solution
- We developed an intranet in the form of a social network available via a web and mobile application. This intranet allows for fostering connection between employees and centralising communications.
- We developed a custom-built ERP based on complex access rules to digitalise the management of the 6 concerned services: HR, procurement, QHSE, legal, insurance, and infrastructure.
- A study conducted in parallel with the design phase allowed for the integration of artificial intelligence features into the ERP, including an intelligent document management system.
