The need
- Gergonne Industrie's laboratory has accumulated test reports and quality reports for decades, which constitute the value of its adhesive know-how. The group wanted to make them searchable in natural language by its teams, and additionally provide them with a general-purpose assistant, without its data leaving its infrastructure.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim developed a unique interface bringing together two assistants: Marie, connected to the laboratory documents, and Joseph, general-purpose and connected to the web. Everything runs on Gergonne's infrastructure, with models hosted in Europe: the documents never leave the group.
- For each answer, Marie cites the excerpts and files from which the information originates, so that a test engineer can find a technical precedent and verify it without sifting through archives. An administration area provides the IT manager with usage and cost monitoring, and control over the business vocabulary.
