The need
- The Louis Lépine Foundation provides privileged access to employees of the Paris police prefecture for events, stays and holidays, accommodation, as well as loans or scholarships.
- These benefit applications are made from an entitled person's area, then received by the foundation from a Back-Office.
- As these two platforms were ageing, the foundation wanted to initiate a complete overhaul of their digital ecosystem.
Galadrim's solution
- We took over the existing code (PHP) of the foundation's tools, and carried out a UX-UI and functional redesign.
- We developed new features, including an AI-powered document verification system. This significantly increased the productivity of the teams, who spent a significant amount of time verifying supporting documents when submitting applications.
