The need
- Cabinet de Caumont, a pioneer in road traffic law since 1984, wanted to digitise its activity by offering motorists a mobile application to contest a traffic fine in a few clicks thanks to AI.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim developed a mobile application featuring OCR technology (optical character recognition), which identifies all necessary elements on the traffic fine notice in order to instantly diagnose the motorist's situation.
- Once the dispute and payment have been made, users have access to a client area, directly within the application, allowing them to communicate with the firm's team of lawyers and legal experts via a messaging service.
- A back-office system also allows Cabinet de Caumont's lawyers to process all dispute cases opened by their clients, as well as invoices.
