The need
- The French Shooting Federation (FFTir), which has 277,000 licensed members spread across 12 sports disciplines, used obsolete business software for the management of its sports competitions.
- FFTir approached Galadrim to develop new software that was more aesthetic and intuitive, and integrated numerous new features.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim recommended to FFTIR an initial phase of thorough UX/UI design , which allowed for mapping all the federation's needs, designing bespoke functionality for each and producing a total of several hundred detailed graphic mock-ups, in close collaboration with the future users of the solution (administrators, clubs, shooters, etc.).
- The new software, to be used from 2024 and notably at the Paris Olympic Games,, notably includes a system for configuring sports rules, a complex competition management system (creation and configuration, shooter registration, event planning, results calculation, etc.) and a billing management system.
