Connecting entrepreneurs and their mentors on a support platform
The need
- Expertise France is the French public agency for international technical cooperation, a subsidiary of the AFD group, present in over 140 countries. It manages a European programme that supports entrepreneurs innovating with spatial data from the Union. This programme involves connecting each project leader with the relevant experts and mentors for their topic, in several countries, organising their remote exchanges, and reporting on progress to funders.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed and developed the programme's platform. Each entrepreneur is directed towards the experts and mentors corresponding to their needs, and appointments are held via video conference from the platform, with synchronised agendas on both sides.
- A resource library and an AI assistant, which answers questions based on the programme documentation, complement the support. Expertise France teams monitor activity and directly extract their reports from it.
