The need
- Eurosom, a French specialist in the design and manufacture of access doors and ventilation curtains for agricultural and industrial buildings, wanted to digitise the management of its operations.
- The management of site planning, carried out manually, was time-consuming and poorly optimised.
Galadrim's solution
- We developed a mobile and tablet application for installers and sales representatives.
- It brings together the installation schedule, site details (parts, photos, tasks, comments) and the entry of feedback after intervention.
- It is coupled with a web back-office for administrators, which allows for planning construction sites and after-sales service by checking team availability, and managing teams and the product and parts catalogue.
