Development of management tools
The need
- The Eure-et-Loir Numérique Joint Mixed Syndicate (ELN) is responsible for the deployment and management of the fibre optic network in the Eure-et-Loir department. After the initial network construction phase, ELN is at a turning point in its evolution, where it must face new challenges related to the extension, maintenance, and management of infrastructure projects. In this context, the modernisation of internal management tools becomes essential to support these developments and meet the growing expectations of stakeholders.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim has developed a customised platform for Eure-et-Loir Numérique, structured around two complementary modules:
- The user portal is designed to offer a modern and intuitive interface allowing users to submit and track their requests. It aims to improve accessibility to Eure-et-Loir Numérique's services while streamlining interactions with the syndicate.
- The case processing and management interface constitutes the central tool allowing Eure-et-Loir Numérique agents to efficiently manage all user requests and operations associated with each project.
