The need
- Eiffage Energie Systèmes purchases energy in bulk and re-invoices it to its clients according to terms defined contract by contract. Each statement requires cross-referencing five heterogeneous sources: supplier invoices, contracts and amendments, meter readings, weather data (DJU) and gas prices (PEG).
- This work was done manually, with only 85% accurate statements and errors affecting 5 to 10% of the amount. The difference between purchased energy and re-invoiced energy being Eiffage's margin, each error was paid for directly.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim has developed an AI agent that collects data from the five sources, applies revision formulas and contractual clauses, then produces statements for heating, hot water and gas, taxes and profit-sharing. Processing time goes from 30 minutes of manual work per statement to approximately 1 minute.
- The agent operates in semi-automatic production: each output is validated by a human before emission. Reliability reaches 95% accurate statements, with the remaining 5% not being produced due to lack of information, therefore no errors are emitted.
