The need
- Modernise a strategic business software developed with aging technology (ColdFusion), to ensure its longevity and international development
- Accelerate the refactoring project already initiated internally.
- Ensure a smooth transition between the old and new versions of the application, without impacting the 145,000 users and critical processes (invoicing, contracts, time entry).

- Allocate a reinforcement team composed of 5 developers and 2 Tech Leads.
- Adopt a modern and high-performance stack based on React, Remix, Node.js, Fastify, TypeScript and GraphQL.
- Guarantee the stable cohabitation of both versions of the application with an approach of Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Ensure alignment between the technical solution and complex business processes by applying the methodology Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
