The need
- Dentaixel is a dental prosthetics laboratory that has some of its parts manufactured by subcontractors in China and Turkey.
- Order taking, manufacturing tracking, and invoicing involve three parties spread across several countries and multiple languages, which the laboratory wanted to bring together in a single tool, designed from the outset to be subsequently marketed to other laboratories.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim developed the application, available on web and mobile. Dentists enter their orders on a dental chart, each part is tracked by barcode from the workshop to delivery, and invoices are generated automatically with associated accounting entries. Three artificial intelligence functions complement the tool: automatic reading of paper prescriptions, voice dictation of orders, and reading of dispatch lists.
