- Courtisan connects insurance intermediaries with a national network of post-damage repair professionals. Processing a claim requires identifying an available company nearby, obtaining a quote within short deadlines, and coordinating parties who have no prior connection.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim carried out the user journeys, design, and product development. The platform provides a distinct space for brokers, intermediaries, tradespeople, and policyholders, and brings together claim declarations, company searches by area, quote and invoice submissions, appointment booking, and intervention ratings, all under each intermediary's visual identity. A paid subscription was added later.
