The need
- Charpentier SAS advises on, builds, and operates over 1,000 sites in Île-de-France for climate engineering and plumbing, using an off-the-shelf maintenance software, Twimm. The company wanted a single tool to plan its technicians' rounds and reconstruct its equipment fleet from its contracts.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designs and develops HubIA, the platform that replaces Twimm at Charpentier and automatically recalculates its rounds in real time, based on skills, holidays, emergencies, and travel times.
- The AI reads maintenance contracts and their appendices to extract equipment and commitments, which an account manager validates before recording. The technician dictates their report and receives a clean version, which they accept or reject. Two assistants, at headquarters and on-site, respond using only validated documents and query company data in natural language.
