The need
- The founder of Charlieverse was developing a mobile social network project where each user manages multiple profiles instead of just one. A developer himself, he had two key requirements: to quickly release a complete first version, and not to become dependent on an agency to maintain it afterwards.
Galadrim's solution
- A Galadrim designer and developer worked on the same codebase as the founder, who pushed his own developments throughout the project, reviewed and integrated by Galadrim developers just like their own. The application covers the management of multiple profiles per user, a news feed with subscriptions, likes, and comments, a publication editor combining photos, freehand drawing, and comic book bubbles, an instant messaging service, and the reporting and banning tools required by an open platform. Upon delivery, the founder set up the production infrastructure alone, with the team only providing support.
