The need
- CFA FormaSup Pays de la Loire coordinates apprenticeship contracts between apprentices, the companies employing them, and the university institutions training them. Each contract involves collecting and validating information from parties not using the same tools, while the centre must also keep up-to-date with the evidence required during its quality certification audits.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim delivered two applications:
- The first supports contract completion: companies and educational managers enter and validate their information via a simple link, without needing to create an account; reminders are sent automatically, and documents are generated in the expected format.
- The second compiles the evidence requested during certification audits, and both synchronise with the management software already used by the centre, which remains the data source.
