The need
- The CEA LIST, a technological research institute of the CEA, develops PIXANO, a open-source web solution for semi-automatic data annotation intended for computer vision researchers.
- The project team needed a full-stack development reinforcement to finalise several strategic interfaces and ensure a high level of performance.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim intervened on the finalisation of themulti-view visualisation interface (advanced model synchronisation, optimised flow management and real-time display), of the image / text annotation interface and of thevideo annotation interface.
- Galadrim also carried out a complete technical audit of the codebase and proposed software architecture optimisations, including front-end modularisation, client-side performance improvement and preparation for significant scaling.
