The need
- Aurimatrix publishes the first professional auriculotherapy software, used by doctors, paramedics, and training schools.
- Its founders wanted a new version of their platform, capable of tracking patients session by session, of allowing the coexistence of ear maps from different schools, and being sold by subscription.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed the user journeys and mock-ups with the founders, then developed the web platform and its back-office. Aurimatrix creates its own maps and point sets there and opens its online subscription plans, without needing a developer.
- A practitioner opens their patient's record, places the stimulated points on the 2D and 3D maps, then notes the intensity of the pain and the session's effectiveness. They attach their photos and documents, and then finds these sessions filtered according to twelve criteria to compare their cases.
