The need
- The National Agency for Universal Telecommunications Service (ANSUT) is a national agency whose mission is to carry out projects promoting digital transformation across the territory.
- ANSUT called upon Galadrim to digitalise long-term property rental processes, which are still too often managed informally.
Galadrim's solution
- We developed a web and mobile application that allows tenants to build their rental file and landlords to post advertisements.
- Contracting, payment, and maintenance requests are managed directly on the platform.
- A back-office dedicated to a trusted third party allows for the certification of all administrative documents uploaded to the platform.
