The need
- Adrezio is an entrepreneurial project aimed at addressing the lack of coordination between property search and credit acquisition in the DOM. The founder wishes to create a trusted third party capable of validating buyers' solvency.

- Galadrim developed a bespoke web platform that centralises property search, professional listing management, and comprehensive acquisition file tracking. We designed financial modules powered by AI and Adrezio's business expertise to generate precise budget simulations and certified solvency analysis. The software also allows real estate agencies to automate the import of their listing catalogues via SFTP flows or API calls.
