The need
- ACWA Robotics designs autonomous robots that traverse drinking water pipelines and report geolocated data on the network's condition. By industrialising its activity, the start-up wanted to put this data into the hands of its clients in a web application that it could deploy on its infrastructure.
Galadrim's solution
- Galadrim designed the user journeys and mock-ups, then developed Mission Viewer, a web application connected to ACWA's API. It is delivered ready to be installed and updated by ACWA's teams on their servers, without depending on an external host or a developer.
- Each utility company finds its inspection campaigns on an interactive map, pipeline routes, measurement points, and images taken inside the pipes, which it then filters and exports in the formats of its mapping software with the intervention report.
- On ACWA's side, a back-office grants access to each client, chooses the data they can see, and keeps a record of their activity.
