The need
- ABM Pharma supplies pharmacies with medical equipment they rent or sell to patients cared for at home.
- Since its acquisition by the OCP Phoenix group, its products were ordered on the group's online marketplace, but nothing connected this marketplace to its management software, its transporters, or its invoicing.

Each order is tracked there, the transport label is generated with the chosen transporter, the tracking link goes back to the client, and the invoice is automatically deposited on the marketplace.
