Some frequently asked questions from our clients

We establish the timeline with you from the outset, once the scope is defined: catalogue migration, connections to your management tools, markets to open. You have an opening date before development begins.
Yes. Shopify administration is quickly mastered, and we train your teams: products, prices, stocks, pages, and articles can be modified without a line of code.
Each project is costed according to the catalogue volume, the expected design level, and the connections required. Describe your needs, and we'll get back to you within 1 hour.
From 39 dollars per month for a standard shop, including hosting, security certificate, and updates. Shopify Plus, the version for high-volume brands, starts at around 2,300 dollars per month. The platform charges a commission on transactions, which varies depending on the plan and payment method.
Yes. We regularly migrate PrestaShop, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud shops to Shopify, retaining the catalogue, customer accounts, order history, and your page addresses to preserve your SEO.
We're proficient in all three. For a brand shop or a B2B activity, we recommend Shopify: fully bespoke design, real team autonomy, hosting and payment included. An open-source platform remains relevant when your sales rules are very specific or when hosting must remain sovereign.
Yes. It covers client-specific price lists, stock levels per point of sale, and client portals with outstanding balances and invoices. Beyond that, our engineers add bespoke code and connect your tools via API.
Yes. Shopify produces fast pages that are readable by search engines, and you can adjust what appears in the results. We also integrate your SEO considerations from the design phase, and we handle redirects during migrations.
It's yours. The Shopify account is opened in your name, and content, mock-ups, and code belong to you. The assignment of rights is contractual from the outset.
Yes, if you wish. We offer a maintenance package, and we intervene on demand when the shop needs to evolve.
