Creating a booking platform for prestige villas and concierge services

Homebooker, a luxury real estate agency, entrusted Galadrim with the design of its platform for booking properties for both rent and sale. The public website and business tool are developed in Next.js: owners publish and manage their listings, travellers organise their stays, and teams administer the concierge service. AI features suggest suitable rentals to visitors and automatically generate listings.

Track investments and commissions for each partner firm from a single portal

Praemia REIM manages real estate savings funds (SCPI) distributed by wealth management consulting firms. Galadrim designed and developed their partner portal in Next.js: each firm monitors its clients' outstanding amounts and transactions, downloads tax forms, and consults the details of its own commissions. A fund catalogue for comparison and a support messaging service complete the space, fed daily by the management company's financial data.
