Reduce calls to a taxi cooperative's call centre by a factor of six

Facing competition from ride-hailing platforms, the Taxis Nantes cooperative embarked on modernising its booking service. Galadrim developed a mobile booking application and its NestJS back-end: real-time driver tracking, payment, and journey history. Customers now book from their phones, which has relieved the call centre and increased the volume of rides.

Deploy a real-time pitch booking engine

Sport Arena 360, a multi-sport complex in the Grand Est region bringing together padel, badminton, and 5-a-side football, wanted to centralise its continuous bookings and maximise its occupancy rate. Galadrim delivered a mobile and web platform, whose real-time booking engine and secure payment run on a NestJS back-end. The back-office is connected to the till software, for a comprehensive overview of activity.

Leadersanté federates over 900 community pharmacies. A Galadrim team has been building and operating its ecosystem since 2018: patient mobile application, pharmacist back-office, ordering portal, automated processing of laboratory invoices. The suite's applications share a NestJS back-end, behind a single authentication portal, on an infrastructure hosted in a health data-approved environment.
