Maison Sichel is a Bordeaux-based wine merchant that sells over 800 wine references worldwide. Galadrim came to Bordeaux to train its teams in Claude, in business-specific groups, so that everyone could become autonomous in their own tasks.
On the agenda: getting started with Claude and the right reflexes for formulating a request, exercises on the real cases of each team, then Cowork, the first business skills and a usage charter. Seven interviews, one per department, then identified the tasks where AI saves time.

Our tailor-made training is delivered under our Qualiopi certification, issued for training activities. Your OPCO can therefore cover it, in whole or in part, depending on the size of your company and the rules of your sector.
We provide you with the quote, the programme, and the training agreement. You send them to your OPCO before the start of the training course, and their written agreement confirms the amount covered.

What people ask us before getting started

Many employees mostly use them for rephrasing or summarising. The training guides them towards more advanced uses: entrusting a complete task to an agent, creating assistants and skills that the whole team can reuse. The exercises are based on their actual job roles, so they can apply these uses from the very next day.
It depends on the format. A plenary session lasts 1 to 2 hours, a management workshop half a day, and a hackathon one day. A tailor-made training course lasts 1 to 3 days, either intensively or over four sessions spread across six to eight weeks.
Our bespoke training courses start at 2,000 € excl. VAT. The price then depends on the number of participants, the number of job roles to cover, and the chosen format. Tell us who you'd like to train: you'll receive a detailed quote within 24 working hours.
Depending on the size of your company and your skills operator, all or part of the training may be covered. We'll help you prepare the application from the initial framing stage. Find out more on our page Funding and OPCO.
You'll receive a quote within 24 hours after an initial discussion, and training can start within 72 working hours. If you request funding, your OPCO's processing time will be added to this schedule.
Each participant leaves with the materials, exercises, and the use case they intend to apply. Your teams can then ask our trainers questions on a dedicated discussion channel. One month after the training, we review the adopted practices with you and discuss topics for further exploration.
Our trainers use these tools daily on our clients' projects, and we update the programme before each session. The exercises mainly focus on ways of working with AI, which remain useful as tools evolve. The discussion channel and the one-month follow-up review also serve to present useful new developments to your teams.
Only the programme for developers requires coding knowledge. All other training courses are open to all profiles.
During the scoping phase, we collectively choose the documents used for the exercises. They are anonymised if necessary and used only with tools compliant with your internal policy.
